File Won't Upload
Causes:
- File too large (max 50MB)
- Unsupported format
- Browser issue
Solutions:
- Reduce file size or split into smaller files
- Save as CSV or XLSX format
- Try a different browser
- Clear browser cache
Wrong Data in Preview
Causes:
- Incorrect delimiter
- Encoding issues
Solutions:
- Save file as UTF-8 encoded CSV
- Ensure commas separate columns (not semicolons)
Processing Issues
Task Stuck at 99%
Causes:
- Network interruption
- Server processing delay
Solutions:
- Wait a few minutes
- Refresh the page
- Check your task in My Tasks
Some Addresses Not Geocoded
Causes:
- Invalid or incomplete addresses
- Addresses in unsupported regions
Solutions:
- Check addresses with empty results
- Add more detail (city, state, country)
- Verify spelling
Quality Issues
Low Relevance Scores
Causes:
- Incomplete address
- Ambiguous location
- Typos
Solutions:
- Add more address components
- Include zip/postal code
- Include country
- Fix typos
Wrong Coordinates
Causes:
- Similar street names in different cities
- Missing city or state
Solutions:
- Always include city AND state
- Add country for international addresses
- Use postal codes
Account Issues
Can't Log In
Solutions:
- Reset your password
- Check for typos in email
- Try a different browser
- Contact support
Payment Failed
Solutions:
- Verify card details
- Check available balance
- Try a different payment method
- Contact your bank
